This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the processing and protection of personal data of users of the website mnnai.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Website" or the "Service").

By using the Website and completing the authorization process, the User expresses their unconditional agreement with the terms of this Policy.
The Operator collects the minimum necessary amount of data exclusively to ensure the technical operation of the Service.

Important: The Operator does not collect IP addresses, browser type data, or User operating system data. The Operator also does not collect, store, or process biometric data, passport details, bank card data, or special categories of personal data.
Data processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the user agreement with the User, namely:
3.1. The initial collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, and extraction of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is carried out using databases physically located in the territory of the Russian Federation.
3.2. The Service may use a distributed network of servers to route traffic and ensure uninterrupted API operation, but the database containing user profiles and the history of their meta-requests is localized in the Russian Federation.
3.3. Data is stored for the entire duration of the User's use of the Service and is subject to deletion upon account deletion.
Payment for the Service and balance replenishment is carried out through secure connections of third-party payment gateways. The Operator does not request, process, or store the User's bank card data. The Operator receives only the payment status, amount, and transaction ID from the payment system to replenish the account balance.
5.1. The website mnnai.ru is an aggregator and provides API access to third-party neural network models.
5.2. Text requests (prompts) and files sent by the User through the Service's API are transmitted to the servers of AI model provider companies exclusively for the purpose of generating a response.
5.3. Disclaimer of Liability: The User is strictly prohibited from transmitting their own or third-party personal data, trade secrets, passwords, or other confidential information in text requests (prompts). The Operator does not control the content of the requests and is not responsible for the User's transfer of personal data to third-party AI models.
5.4. Use of the /chat section: The history of text messages (chat logs) in the web chat interface (the /chat page) is not stored on the Operator's servers. All dialogues are stored exclusively locally on the User's device (in the browser's memory). Clearing the local browser data permanently deletes the chat history.
The Website uses cookies in a strictly limited manner. Only the access key (authorization token), which is technically necessary to maintain the session and access the personal dashboard, is stored in the User's browser. The Service does not use marketing, analytical, or tracking cookies.
The User has the right at any time to request information about what personal data is stored by the Operator, to demand its modification, or to request its complete deletion.
To delete an account and all associated personal data from the Service's database, the User must send a request to the email address: mnnai.ru@outlook.com. The data will be permanently deleted within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the request.
The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. The new version of the Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Website at: https://mnnai.ru/privacy.
